General information


Brf Jägaren (reg. no. 769618-3859) is located in the area of ​​central Sundbyberg and was registered as a brf in 2008.

The property designation is Jägaren 7 and the property was built between 2008-2011.

The property's total area according to the assessment notice is 5147 sq m, of which 3546 sq m is living space and 1601 sq m is premises.

Owners
The association's basic rule is that at least one owner who will live in the apartment must own at least 10% of the apartment.

Economy
The association has good finances that are in balance. A maintenance plan is followed which extends until 2074.

Management
The association has an agreement with HSB regarding financial management, property management, operation and energy management and basic management.

Maintenance plan
Together with our manager HSB, we have drawn up a maintenance plan that extends between 2023-2073. This will be updated annually in consultation with HSB based on the property's condition and needs.

Broadband
Group connection via Sundbyberg's City Network at 1000/1000 mbit/s..

Heating
The property is heated via district heating. The cost is included in the monthly fee.

Electricity
Each apartment is responsible for its own electricity network agreement and electricity subscription.

Storage
Storage is available in each apartment. Beyond that, there are no other stores.

Tip! Around the corner at Skogsbacken 2 is Green Storage where you can rent extra storage. There is no agreement between the association and Green Storage.

Laundry
There is no common laundry room in the association. Each apartment needs to arrange its own washing machine & dryer.


Parking
Garage spaces are available for rent subject to space availability and are administered by APCOA. Half of the garage spaces are equipped with charging points for charging electric cars.

A garage space costs SEK 1,200/month inc moms. Only residents in the building are allowed to rent a parking space.

Planned fee increases
The board of Brf Jägaren in Sundbyberg has, after careful consideration, decided to increase the monthly fees by 9%, as well as the garage space fee by SEK 100 to SEK 1200 (including VAT) from 2026-01-01. The fee increase is necessary to ensure the association's long-term financial stability and to meet the increased costs we are facing.
 

The association's board has a strategy to increase the fee annually to at least compensate for inflation (and the cost increases due to indexation that are included in many agreements) and thereby avoid shock increases. - updated 2026-04-15.
