HSB manages our financial management.
You can reach HSB’s customer service at tel 010-442 11 00 if you have questions about, for example, notification of the fee. You can also email them at service.stockholm@hsb.se. On My HSB, you can find your invoices and cases.
We recommend that you sign up for direct debit to pay the fee. If you are unable to sign up for direct debit via your internet bank, you can contact HSB’s Customer and Member Service for assistance. You can email them at service.stockholm@hsb.se.
You can also go to www.hsb.se/stockholm/kontakt or log in directly to My HSB.
If you sign up for E-invoice, your invoice for your fee will be sent electronically to your internet bank. Sign up for E-invoice by searching for HSB Stockholm ek förening as the recipient. Enter your social security number, name, and contract number (the contract number is indicated on your invoice).
If you already have a digital mailbox with Kivra, you will automatically receive your invoices there. To sign up for Kivra, register at www.kivra.com or download their app.
If you wish, you can receive your invoice for your fee via email once a month. To sign up for this, go to hsb.se/stockholm.
