Subletting

A tenant-owner may sublet his apartment to another person for independent use only if the board gives its consent and approval. This is done by applying on the HSB portal.

Do this:

1. Log in to HSB with BankID

2. Click on "My home" in the menu.

3. Click on "Subletting" in the left menu and follow the steps there.

Once this is done, the board will process your application and give its approval.
