Garage

Garage spaces are available for rent subject to availability and are managed by APCOA. A garage space costs 1100 SEK/month. You can book your space yourself or sign up for the garage waiting list via hyra.apcoa.se, but since only residents can rent a garage space, a password is required to join the waiting list. Contact the board via email to get the password.

This is how you do it:
 

• Go to hyra.apcoa.se in your browser

• Search for Tulegatan 5

• Choose "Hyr plats"

• Fill in the passsword you've been given by the board in the garage, there are parking spaces for 32 cars and 2 motorcycles. These can be easily accessed via elevator or stairs from the three stairwells, or alternatively through the garage door or the door next to the garage door. The garage is cleaned regularly.

The access system is provided by Parakey, where you can easily use an app on your phone to enter the garage. The system uses Bluetooth to unlock doors and the garage door. You can choose to unlock remotely by pressing the door you want to open. Alternatively, you can choose to unlock by holding your phone near the blue sticker and pressing the NFC symbol at the bottom right. Each parking space includes two users in the app.​​

Please note that garage space must be terminated upon move. You can terminate the garage space through Apcoa as soon as date for move out is set. This is important since only members get to rent a garage space and we often have a waiting list for the spaces.
